What to expect
Editorial corrections and security reports are read same-day on working days. General questions and directory inquiries are triaged within 48 hours. Press requests usually get a response within 2–3 days. Account-help tickets from signed-in members go to a separate queue and are typically handled within 24 hours.
What kinds of messages we welcome
- Editorial corrections.If a guide, glossary entry, Q&A, or comparison page has a factual error, a mis-attributed quote, an out-of-date law citation, or a framing that the relevant community would object to, write in. We name corrections in the page's revision history.
- Directory submissions. ENM-affirming clinicians, family-law specialists, coaches, and community organisers — see the directory page for what we vet for, and send through the form.
- Event submissions. If you organise an ENM conference, retreat, munch, or regular discussion group, we list community-run events. Public-facing only; no private-play events.
- Story contributions. First-person experience essays are welcomed for editorial review.
