Who can use this

You must be 18 or older. Some jurisdictions set higher minimum ages for online dating services; you are responsible for ensuring you are old enough to use a service like this where you live.

Your account

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
• Don't impersonate anyone — real, fictional, or composite.
• Don't share your account with someone else, and don't use another person's account.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or stalking behavior.
• Posting another person's photo or identifying details without their consent.
• Soliciting commercial sexual services, recruiting for paid services, or selling access to anything.
• Posting child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual material, or content that depicts or describes minors in sexual contexts. Reports are made to the relevant authorities and your account is permanently terminated.
• Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform outside the documented public APIs.
• Attempting to subvert the platform's safety, moderation, or payment systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Ethical Non-Monogamy a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and back up that content as needed to operate the service. You can revoke that licence at any time by deleting the content or your account.

Moderation

We moderate based on these terms and on our community guidelines. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate accounts that violate them. We do not pre-screen every post; we act on reports and on signals from our moderation tooling. Decisions can be appealed via our contact form.

The platform is provided as-is. Editorial content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional advice — see our disclaimer. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of user-posted content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months or US$50.

Changes

We may update these terms when the platform changes meaningfully. We'll notify members of material changes and give a reasonable period to review before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ethical Non-Monogamy is established. Local consumer-protection rights you have under your own jurisdiction are not affected.
