LifeStyle club
Also: swingers club, swing club, on-premise club, off-premise club
A venue catering to the LifeStyle community, where couples and vetted singles socialise and — at on-premise clubs — may play on site. Off-premise clubs are social-only, with play happening elsewhere.
LifeStyle clubs are the community's physical infrastructure. They divide broadly into on-premise clubs, which provide private and semi-private spaces for sexual activity on site, and off-premise clubs, which operate as social venues — dancing, mingling, meeting people — where any play happens afterward at homes or hotels. Local liquor and zoning laws often determine which model a given club uses.
Clubs run on membership and vetting. Couples are usually the default unit, single men are typically admitted under stricter ratios or invitation, and single women navigate their own etiquette. House rules are explicit and enforced: respect a no, no photography, no pressure, discretion about who you saw. The vetting and the rules exist to keep the space safe enough that people can relax into it.
For newcomers, clubs are best approached as social spaces first. Going to talk, watch, and get a feel for the etiquette — with a clear agreement between partners about what, if anything, they're open to that night — is the normal and recommended on-ramp. Nothing about being in the building obligates anyone to do anything.
